Food
Lee sent out an email asking for assistance and volunteers to prepare food. We got a great response. Pearl will now be in charge of contacting these people and preparing a food roster to try and spread the work, and consider the logistics that come with it.
Raising Awareness
Lee is now freed up from admin work, and can focus on preparing to meet Christian groups and other groups to raise awareness and share our vision with more people.
This includes asking for assistance and partnering with us in this work through providing: financial assistance, prayer, food and clothing donations, volunteers to help prepare food, volunteers to come out onto the streets.
Media
Pearl is going to continue her work creating newsletters and brochures. Everyone is going to contribute writing articles, prayer pointers, prayer profiles.
Finances
Its seems to be very hard to sign Edmund as a signatory and take charge of the finances. We will have time in June/July to finally sort this out. In the time being, we will withdraw $500 and use it to pay back some people who have previously purchased food and drink. We also intend to being purchasing warm clothes; scarves, gloves, beanies, jerseys.
Edmund will also start publishing statements online to provide transparency with the money.
